Refund Policy

The refund policy aims to be simple. Each lesson takes at a minimum 15 minutes to prep for. Therefore, if students do not attend for whatever reason. A partial refund will always be given.

The partial refund will include the cost of the lesson refunded minus £5 to account for time spent researching and preparing, as this time cannot be taken back.

A partial refund should be processed within 48 hours, from speaking with parents to establish why there was no attendance.

If in the eventuality it is my fault as to why the lesson could not go ahead then a FULL refund will always be issued, 48 hours from the lesson.
